 Leadership, to me as a mayor, means setting a clear vision for the community, uniting people around shared goals, and ensuring that city government serves with transparency, accountability, and integrity. It also requires making tough decisions with fairness, balancing growth with preservation, and always putting the well-being of citizens first. 

 As Mayor of Caldwell, my mission is to serve the citizens by identifying the challenges we face, developing real solutions, and ensuring those solutions are carried out with accountability and transparency. I will bring in the professional expertise needed to address complex issues, while working hand-in-hand with the City Council and building a team of dedicated public servants. 

 Together, we will focus on strengthening our community, improving services, and creating a city government that works efficiently and effectively for every resident of Caldwell.
